The Kotak Katalyst Awards 2026 celebrate India's best financial vodcasts that inspire, educate, and empower investors especially the young and first-time investors of India. The focus is exclusively on financial/investment literacy, awareness and imparting knowledge on various investment avenues at the investment class level, recognizing creators who produce content that informs decisions, empowers diverse audiences, and sets new benchmarks in financial education.

Participation is open to Indian citizens residing in India who are financial content creators meeting the eligibility criteria. Employees and immediate family members of the Awards Management, sponsors, or partners cannot participate.

  • Must be an Indian citizen residing in India with a valid ID proof
  • Minimum 50,000 subscribers/followers on Youtube or Instagram and Facebook as on December 31, 2025
  • Content creator should have minimum one year of experience as on December 31, 2025 of producing vodcasts or reels on financial literacy subject
  • Must have produced at least 3 financial advisory vodcasts or reels as on December 31, 2025
  • Each creator must submit one vodcast episode or one Instagram/Facebook reel released during the eligibility period i.e. January 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025
  • It should be publicly available on Youtube or Instagram or Facebook during the eligibility period
  • Content must focus on shaping the financial and investments landscape by simplifying complex financial and investment world for millions of viewers, especially the young and first-time investors of India
  • Vodcasts should be in English or any Major Indian languages with English subtitles
  • Average engagement matrix of the channel/content should be submitted backed by a report

There is only one category for participation. Participants may submit their entry in either English Language Content or any Major Indian Languages (with English subtitles).

1. Applications must be submitted online through the official Awards website https://katalyst.kotakalternateasset.com.

2. A fully completed application form along with required episode links and supporting documents must be uploaded.

A Creator can submit one entry per category; however they will get shortlisted only in one category.

  • Entries will be screened for eligibility.
  • Qualified entries will be reviewed by a jury of experts based on predefined evaluation parameters.
  • Shortlisted finalists and winners will be determined based on jury scores.
  • The jury and awards management's decision will be final and binding.

The opening dates are 22 Dec 2025 and closing dates for submission are 07th February 2026. Please keep checking the official website for any updates or changes.

Entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be disqualified at the discretion of the Jury and Awards Management.

There will be only one winner, who may be from either the English or any Major Indian Language category. The winner will receive a cash prize, the amount of which shall be determined at the discretion of the Awards Management and will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Yes. Participants can withdraw their entry by informing the Awards Management in writing at least one week before the final awards ceremony.

Awards Management is not responsible for late, incomplete, corrupted, or unreadable entries due to technical issues. Participants are advised to ensure smooth submission by checking connectivity and file formats in advance.

Yes. Personal data collected during participation will be used only for conducting and administering the Awards, in line with the privacy policy of the platform.

No. Participation in the Katalyst Awards 2026 is free of charge.

The Awards Management reserves the right to cancel, merge, or modify categories if entries do not meet the required quality standards.

Yes. The Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time by the Awards Management. Participants are advised to regularly check the website for updates.

Yes. If any information submitted is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, the participant may be disqualified at any stage of the Awards.

Content that is obscene, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, promotes violence, hurts religious sentiments, or violates laws will lead to disqualification.

Entries must comply with SEBI and RBI guidelines. Content covering financial literacy in any aspects can be submitted.
